SHIPPING YOUR WATCH TO US?
When shipping a timepiece to us, please make sure to use a box with bubble wrap and other packaging. We recommend tracking and insurance when sending the watch to us. Upon receiving the watch, email confirmation will be sent that we have received the timepiece. Watch repair estimates are complimentary. Typically, a repair estimate will be ready in 14 business days (depending on part availability). If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the only expense incurred is the return shipping cost. If you elect to proceed with the repair, we will absorb the cost of returning the repaired watch back to you. Watches are shipped USPS Priority 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers are provided and signature is required.

Watch purchases are shipped free via USPS ground (typically 3-5 business days). All purchases must be signed for. Watches are shipped out within one business day of ordering. If an order is placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your purchase will be shipped out on Monday. Tracking numbers are provided with each purchase. If you would like to have a watch shipped overnight, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of being delivered. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. For a full refund, the watch must be in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. We have a large catalog of photos for each watch that we sell – both of the internal movement and exterior condition. Each watch has been marked internally by the watchmaker to prohibit fraudulent exchanges. Any signs of removal or replacement of parts will result in the refund being denied and refusal of the return.

The 12 month warranty for watches purchased from Art Dial begins when the purchase is signed for and or paid for in the store. The 12 month warranty on watch purchases does not cover any damage resulting from water or moisture. Also not covered is any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet / band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party null and voids the warranty from Art Dial Watch.
